Payment Conditions. 
The payment terms depend on the type of house that you buy. There is a difference in pay between an existing house and a new build house.

Purchase of an existing house. 
If you buy an existing home, please deposit 25% of the total purchase price to the bank of Bali Dream International Agency in the Netherlands or on Bali.
The 75% directly to the notary in Bali. Please note that transferring money to Indonesia takes 2 or 3 weeks. 

If the money is on the our account, you get an invitation from the current owner of the property to sign the agreement at the notary on Bali. By passing the transfer of sale you must pay a certain percentage. This percentage depends on the value of the house. It is important for you to know that paperwork in Indonesia takes longer! Around 3 months after signing you will receive the property and the documents. You can immediately, after signing, use your home. 

Purchase of a new home 

If you have a house or new building, the payment terms are similar to the European situation.

To do a deposit of (usually) 50% of the total sales price of the new building (project). The remaining amount you pay in one or more periods. You will receive our message when the term should be transferred.  After each payment you receive from us a confirmation of receipt.  All payments for a new building (project) are going through the bank of Bali Dream International Agency.

The small print
The purchase of a house in Bali through Bali Dream International Agency shall be final: your (at) payments can not in any way be recovered. If there is an exceptional situation, Bali Dream will you see if there is a solution

Bali Dream International Agency can mediate in the resale of your home. The fee depends on the total amount you paid to Bali Dream International Agency.
